Well, I've not been there but there, but there are three.
Mirabilandia - has Katun a CUSTOM B&M Invert as well as a few other big rides.
Gardaland - a SLC called Blue Tornado but it has another helix at the end.
Zoosafari Fasanolandia - nothing real big, it does have a Fabbri Invert. 0 inversions.
