Parkitect
Unclear if this has been brought up on here before, but there are some independent developers that are making a RCT-type game called Parkitect.
They are currently raising money on Kickstarter: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1548960623/parkitect
It's worth a look. Could be neat. Still early, but it seems like it could be RCT2 with better graphics/RCT3 with better gameplay.
