Matt, my family stayed at the Polynesian a few times as well. Beautiful place! I also think of the "monorail experience" is a huge part of the memories. I can remember that as early as 5 years old. ;-)

They had the monorail way back then? ;)
No worries, we gave the cab driver the pass because it was no use to us. We used the shuttles to get to each park and then a taxi when we were done for the day.
