park chain with the most accidents

hi can someone help me i would like to know
what park has had the most accidents all time
and the most deaths on rides, also same goes
for park chains plmk william
I'm not sure about this one, but probabally six flags. I think Great Adventure had 3 accidents in it's lifetime. One on lightning loops, and two on rolling thunder.

It Has To Be SFAW 9 people have died and got injured since it opened

Six Flags Ohio had one fall from a floorless platform, a skull smashed by cell phone and a near drowning. I'd say they singlehandedly brought down the chain's numbers this year.

Please be careful with your chainwide statistics. Remember that statistically you have to be mindful that the number of incidents per chain should be averaged among all parks in the chain...otherwise you will show lots more accidents for a chain with lots of parks than for a chain with only a few parks.

Exactly, RideMan, Premier owns a ton of parks including the Six Fiascos er Flags chain. They will probably show the highest numbers just because of that.

Six Flags GAdv also had a few people die by a fire about 15+ years ago in a haunted house type ride. My parents no longer go to ANY SixFlags parks for the reason they left the park open after these people were killed.

TALON looks awesome, go CF
You have to remember also that a lot of accidents might of happened under diffrent ownership...

I doubt that the numbers you get will be accurate. As we know, the industry on the whole is fairly shady about full disclosure. This is one of the reasons the politician types have been talking about federal regulation this year. I firmly believe that many parks won't report smaller injuries and such. Some parks will do it more than others of course, but it will throw off accuracy nonetheless. Just something else to keep in mind. My guesses would be either Six Flags (Lots of properties) or Disney (Been around a long time, lots and lots of guests). *** This post was edited by Camel on 9/18/2000. ***
Have there ever been any major accidents at Cedar Point Jeff or anyone? As far as I know, there hasn't been. Let me know!

There have a couple of deaths at Cedar Point. On Wildcat, a man once died because of a heart problem. It is said that the problem was caused by a pre-existing condition, and the ride can’t be blamed for it. There was also a death on the stagecoach (which was removed when it happened.) Both of these accidents happened long ago, though. There have been no ride-related deaths at Cedar Point for many years.

No one ever died on a Cedar Point ride. No death was ride related. A girl died on the midway following a ride on Wildcat, due to heart failure, but that's not Anton's fault.

Paramount Great America. It has had a few accidents

Number 1 And Only Cedar Point
So, did the death on the stagecoach happen? My aunt said that was working at CP when it happened (a long time ago!), but it's very possible that she remembered wrong.
