Park capacity question

Does anyone know which park has the largest capacity? I mean in having the most number of people within it's fences.

I would guess EPCOT, because it is so big. I could be wrong.

A few other guesses would be MK or CP.

I think it also depends on local fire codes. You could potentially have two parks, around the same size, but two dramatically different 'legal' capacities. I think PKI's is around 65,000.
