Beaver, The other White meat.
WOA has to have the strangest height restrictions. Being in two counties (thus two local governments, City of Aurora and BainbridgeTownship) things can get confusing. In Bainbridge the height restriction is at its highest along 43 where i believe it's in the neighborhood of two hundred feet. From there it steps back to the Ranging Wolf Bobs area where it is at 65 feet. There is that new exception of like 210 feet that applies to the newly aquired land in the marine park. But SWO had a limit in it's deed restricting all amusement rides so the need for limits in that park of Bainbridge wasn't necessary until 2001.
In Aurora the old Geaga Lake portion was a very lofty limit of at least 200 feet if not more. But that is only a sliver of land in the water park now. On the other side of the lake the marine park has no height limits that i know of. Again because Sea World had no legal right to build "traditional" amusement rides Aurora had no need to restrict that land. But since it seems that the park has been trying its luck with the city to see what can be built. Until some sort of legislation is in place the ability of the park to build is sketchy at best. But even if Aurora doesn't help, the vast majority of the park and its land for expansion is in Bainbridge. Therefore Aurora has little to say about what is built in the park.

The Carolina Skytower is 340ft of "Breathtaking Excitment!" (According to Carowinds;))
It is actually very high considering most of the Intamin towers from that era don't cross the 300ft line.
Of Course, I'm sure the Flag Pole takes about 1/4th of that off.
