Park being built in Phoenix area

I was browsing te web when I found this information on a starting company:

Titan Thrills & Leisure Corporation is planning to build a state-of-the-art amusement park in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area. This amusement park will rival those of Six Flagsâ„¢, Cedar Fairâ„¢ (which owns Knotts' Berry Farm and Cedar Point among others), Paramountâ„¢, and the Anheuserâ„¢ Parks.

I rember seeing that before some time last year. But it would be cool if it happened!
