If this park really does draw 5 million visitors, will it knock off PKI as Paramount's flagship?
I don't think so. It's a totally different market. I'm thinking that since it will get so many visitors that it will help other Paramount Parks get better rides.

How big is 50 hectares? I wonder if it will have an Eiffel Tower as well.

Eiffel Tower? That'd be too close to actually having a theme. ;)

You do have to wonder how Paramount will do at park building. All of there other parks were established before Paramount purchased them.

120 billion Yen equals 1,097,092,704 dollars. Dukeis#1, that is a very good point, and I am very curious, I guess we get 5 years to speculate. So much fun.
Thrillerman, 50 hectares is equal to about .2 square miles or 123 acres.
