Paramount still going foward with overseas parks?

Paramount Theme Park coming to Tianjin, China

Perhaps the park just has some some sort of licensing deal to use the Paramount name & themes?

I didn't think this was major news, if I recall, there was some sort of announcement about it last summer.

As someone that is doing design work for this park, yes it is moving forward at this point in time. It is independent of the Cedar Fair takeover.

That's odd as I've never heard of a paramount park planned for China,AFAIK the only overseas park paramount at least had an interest in operating was Terra Mittica in Spain.
