You delted my topic and moved this here. lol, anyways isnt this the 2nd painter who fell from a coaster at a Six Flags park this year. 1)SFOG, 2) SFKK. Hopefully hes alright, and does anyone know if Chang is being repainted the same colors or different ones?

You should have submitted it as a news item, joey. Since it's news, I imagine it was moved here for discussion.

and does anyone know if Chang is being repainted the same colors or different ones?

It's being repainted different colors. It's going to have yellow track and blue supports. Some of the track is already done.

I heard the supports were more purple.

If anyone knows of a photo of the painting, that would be great to see.
The color scheme is........A MAN ALMOST DIED!............ You people blow me away........unreal. A human being escapes death and all you can talk about is the paint job on an amusement ride.

^Seriously. A 25ft.-fall is nothing to take lightly.
^^ Agreed. Worry about the guy now and see the colors when the park opens.
Sorry for asking what color Chang was going to be painted. If you didn't realise i was the one who took MY time to make a topic about this, then have it come to the news section. Since there was already a topic about Chang i was wondering what color it was going to be since I will not be going to SFKK next season. Also i do care about the man who fell or else i wouldnt have posted about it would i?
The key word is ALMOST! He didnt!! Quit being so uptight!! Im also wondering what color its going to be!?*** This post was edited by Park Man 3/31/2006 11:27:52 AM ***
This is exactly why Six Flags rarely ever paints there rides.

I have nothing but the best wishes for the painter and his family, but there is no need to stop the discussion because of the accident.
I am also glad to hear that the gentleman is ok after a fall like that! Oh by the way, according to the Courier Journal today, the colors will be Blue and Yellow. They had a coloring contest with students in Louisville, to choose the new colors!

I'm glad that the man is ok. That is why I will never paint anything over 10 ft. tall.

I'm kinda mad about that whole kid contest. I should have cheated and entered my niece in it with my coloring but oh well. I still think that royal purple supports, mango tango spine, with yellow rails and ties would have been sweet.
