Pacman and Donkey Kong vs. whoever.

I can't even believe they have made a movie on this. Being an 80's kid, I grew up with both of these video games. Now we have Adam Sandler and Kevin James in an action flick taking on them. I figured since arcades are a part of the experience, that this would be appropriate here. Not sure if this will be a success or a train wreck.

I have an unhealthy love of classic arcade games (I own a Virtua Fighter upright cabinet running MAME with nearly every arcade game created from the late 70s through the early 2000s).

That said, this looks awful.

It stars Sandler and James. How could it NOT be?

Pacman, Donkey Kong, and Futurama. The greatest video game based TV episodette(?) ever..."Raiders of the Last Arcade."

Last edited by rollergator,

Sandler has made some funny movies and James rocked in King of Queens so it is not like they completely suck but this is definitely sketchy.

Jack and Jill. Zookeeper.
It's likely this will suck too.

The jury is out. We shall see.

My theory is that this movie will fit in the "so bad, it's great" category.

The jury hasn't even been empaneled yet...

With Sandler and James it will suck beyond belief. However, it has the best use of a MINI Cooper since The Italian Job.
