Outside Ohio???

Just curious, but is anyone reading this an avid fan of Six Flags Ohio that does NOT reside in the state of Ohio? Im kind of curious how much fanfare the transformation is getting outside of NorthEast Ohio. Also, how many of us are planning on being there on May 5th? I know I sure will be!
Well, I'm in Western PA. Far enough? ;)

I'll probably be there on May 5th...

Abandon all hope, all ye who...oops, too late. Bye!
Im from the Motor City and I`ll be there some time no later than July.:)
If they accept season passes from other Six Flags I will be there this summer. From Chicago.
They *WILL* except them. See yah on May 5th, Six Flags Great American.
I'll be there in june, and I'm from New Mexico
Nudo, looks like you take the cake!

New Mex is quite far away...but it is well worth it!

I'm about 7 miles from the park...looks like I lost.
Hey I'm not as far away as New Mexico, but coming out of Atlanta is still a long drive. Be there this summer and i can't wait.
Coasterwuss, isnt it cool to live that close to a theme park? I used to live 4 miles from SFGAm when I was growing up. Its great to have the liberty to go whenever you want. Even if you go for a couple of hours (if you have a pass) just to hit the coasters and then leave. *** This post was edited by Chitown on 3/15/00. ***
Oh, it's great! Living so close to Geauga Lake gave me a lot of great times as a kid, and now that I'm a little older it's been a great place to work! I wouldn't even THINK of working anywhere other than SFO this year. The last two years I've spent at Geauga Lake working were absolutely amazing. A 10 minute drive is well-worth it. I feel bad for people who live in places like Akron Ohio. You have to drive around an hour(less if you speed) to go to Six Flags Ohio OR Cedar Point.

its only 40 to 45 minutes from akron to sfo
It's 8 hours to the closest park here in New Mexico, but there are rumors of Six Flags building a park here
I'm thinking about going, so they definately got the attention of us coaster lovers
