"Out at Night" at SFGADV advertising

So, I just attended SFGADV's gay night, lovingly entitled "Out at Night". There were scores (I'm just flexing my vocab muscle) of people
there, and I really couldn't figure out how everyone knew about the event, especially since you needed special tickets to get in. I did
not see it advertised on the official website at all. I knew about it through my mother since she was going with friends and I tagged along. Did anyone else go? How'd you find out? I would just think that an event of this size would have had more notice. Thanks!

I haven't seen any TV ads of late for the park, but a radio spot has been running frequently in New York that is promoting the upcoming Smash Mouth concert.

Granted, the said station, WPLJ (95.5 FM), is the sponsor of the event...so maybe it's cross-promotion.

I hope you had a good time at the park.

Here's To Shorter Lines & Longer Trip Reports!

The LGBT community has alot of social networking going on, alot more then non-gay based community organizations. This event along with others is highly anticipated throughout the year and tickets are purchased in bulk.

I like the fun roller coasters with small dips and quick turns.

BTW, I'm blind. I just noticed Out-at-Night on the upcoming events list (even though it passed already) on the official site.

Wait...so "out at night" was last night, saturday night at six flags? i didn't notice anything at all...my fiancee and i (as well as her sister and nephew) all got in to the park with our season passes with no problem. that's weird. unless the park was open after hours for that...but all i saw was scores of cars leaving...hmmm...

Haha no I'm not giving Patrick the finger

No, I'm sorry for misleading you. It was on Friday night from 6pm-1am (the latest I've ever ridden a coaster BTW). It's all about the 12:30 KK and ET rides!
