Our newest Buzzer

Hello all,

Just wanted to take a quick moment or two to announce the arrival of the world's newest coaster enthusiast, Thomas (Tank Engine) James Hurd. He was delivered at 9:04 last night and is a healthy 7 lbs, 12 oz. He was fussing until pops rocked him. I think he might end up being partial to swinging ships.

Mom is doing great and we're both relieved all went well. Now the real fun begins. I guess we'll just have to have another so that we'll both have riding partners.

Talk to y'all soon. -e

;)

Congrats, smoke a cigar for me : )

Hello, CF Parent Swap! (which BTW kicks arse)
You gave him pop rocks?
Hopefully there was no soda in his bottle.

Seriously... congrats!

Best Wishes to you and your family!
Congrats Eric, good to hear Mom's doing great too. At least the little guy will already have one of the best family parks and best family coasters (Dragon) nearby to get him started when he's old enough.

Absolutely! Legoland, here we come. ;)

Now I get to wonder what life would have been like if MY parents were coaster enthusiasts.

Thanks everyone. This is exciting stuff. Well, I must be heading back to the hospital. Talk to y'all later. ;)

Congrats Eric. I know my email reply to your announcement may have seen confusing. Just know I meant 2-bench PTC, not three ;)

Moosh once sent me an e-mail about riding a three bench PTC...

...I never felt dirtier.

Congrats! Here's to whoring those kiddie credits the next few years. :)

It's a tough 9 months, though, isn't it? No coaster trips at all for me this summer. My wife obviously can't ride, and Gonchar won't be seen in public with me. You can still squeeze some in, though!

Oh, well... here's to an excuse to visit Sesame Place.

Congrats.
