Even as it continues to battle SeaWorld in federal court, the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration said Tuesday it is investigating the conduct of the employee who led the agency's original investigation of SeaWorld's killer-whale program. The announcement came a day after photos surfaced on a theme-park industry website showing Lara Padgett, an inspector with OSHA's Tampa office, socializing with the cast and crew of "Blackfish," the controversial documentary that is sharply critical of SeaWorld.
