Orlando's Dixie Stampede suddenly shuts down, facility sold

Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede Dinner Attraction in Orlando permanently closed Monday, abruptly putting 150 to 200 people out of work. The restaurant/attraction off Interstate 4 near Walt Disney World closed at 3 p.m., after a deal to sell the property was finalized

I dunno, I wouldn't say it's the only place. They just described Medieval Times.
If I remember correctly it was all new development around that area, and very close to a number of time-share resorts. The facility itself was just a few years old, and looked very nice from the outside. I can't imagine why someone would want that particular property so badly that they made an offer the Dollywood Co. could not refuse.
