Orlando tourism promoters are banking on the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Islands of Adventure to help reverse last year's travel declines, brought on by the global recession. Funny, when I was there last year I noticed, for the first time I guess, a lot of visitors from the UK, all on 'oliday. I met a really nice family one morning while we were waiting for the hotel bus.and they said they like to come at least every other year, if not every. When I asked them why, and didn't they have a Disney park closer, they said they had been there, it was just ok, and they like Disney World better.

The other funny thing i noticed was all the Brits at EPCOT desperately looking for a place to smoke!
