I know they're losing most if not all thrill attractions - but if there's one ride I would really recommend adding, it's the "Crocodile Run" that I've only seem once, at Adventureland on Long Island, NY. Go to water rides from this link, and you can see what makes this ride truly special. http://www.rcdb.com/4676.htm

You still have Zoidberg.... You ALL have Zoidberg! (V) (;,,;) (V)

Boy do they have some work ahead of them. And, the photos focused a lot on the water slides but I was under the impression those were being torn down.

I looked at that water ride at Adventureland. It looks like a Whip ride on water...but with some capability of controlling it. When I saw the "restrain system", my first thought was: that would never be installed in one of the big chain parks.

Yah, the experience is a lot like the whip. But I'll tell you, that sounds like a great way to extend the capacity of this type of ride. Currently they run two circles to accomplish that. Also, a whip version might be more fun.

The last I heard (at the community open house in the Orange Dome), there were no plans to involve the water park in the opening phase of the park. It will be looked at in the future, but is not going to be a part of the park upon opening.

And yes, it looks like they still have a heck of a lot of work to do before its even close to ready. A lot of the park buildings look like they haven't even been touched.

I thought they were further along then they are. but as long as a new park is coming to the location I have no complaints.

I really think this park is going to be intriguing to watch develop... Very curious as to whether it will be the success they are hoping for, over an hour from Orlando nowhere near I-4... the brand is strong and their other parks have succeeded off the beaten path when doubt was expressed.

It does look like there's a lot of work to be done, and I'm not saying there isn't, but you can see a lot of foundation already complete and there is existing infrastructure below that is most likely completed as well. Things will start moving pretty fast here soon.

This looks exactly like Aqua Racers, which they are adding. Were you referring to the theme? Because that might be better for Florida (as long as the alligators looked like they were made out of legos).
