I'm pretty sure it's just the Boat Chute. They evolved from a picnic area, and that was their first and only ride for a while.
Still operating at the park today:
River King Mine Train (1 track)
Log Flume (Ice Mountain Splash)
Moon Antique Cars (1 track)
Railroad
Still standing at the park today:
Injun Joe's Cave (Scooby today, ride has changed themes a lot over the years, but the building is the same)
Hannibarrels (SBNO for a long time, but still here)
Removed from the park:
River King Mine Train (1 track)
Mississippi Adventure
Super Sports Car Ride
Moon Antique Cars (1 track)
Angle Tangle
Pet-A-Pet
Sky-Way
Mule-Go-Round
I also remember the Ferris Wheel going for Aero 360 to come in.
That's what I can think of off the top of my head.

You're mostly correct re SFGAM, but Sky Trek Tower and Big Top/Riccochet were added in 1977. Here's a great resource:

l. Obviously, The Old Mill (Garfield's Nightmare) is Kennywood's classic.
2. But the Turtle, Carousel, Auto Ride, Shooting Gallery, several kiddie rides, and The Arcade have hung on all these years.
3. Kings Island just threw away one of its heritage rides when it sent the Flying Scooters (Eagles) to Carowinds. It still has a few others left over from the old Coney Island, its parent park. The PKI train is still in great shape. Ironically, it was built down along the river right below Kennywood (and up around the bend).
