Orient Express and Nessie

How similar are the track layouts of Orient Express and Loch Ness Monster?
not very.  Both have interlocking loops, but that's about the only similarities.  The vertical loops are the only inversions on Nessie and it contains two lift hills.  With the 2 hills, the coaster can be timed where 2 trains can go through the inversions at the same time.

Orient Express, however, has only one lift hill.  there is the vertical lift, a turning hill, then the train goes through the lower vertical loop.  OE also has a boomerang, which happens to be the first boomerang ever used on a coaster.

As you can see, these coasters are nothing alike.

Vey very Different

Nesie has two lift hills and that crazy undergound helix.

Orient Express is set up more like Vortex but with interlocking loops insead of the corkscrews going between the loops, it has a boomerang and the whl nine yards. Very different layouts aside form the interlocking loops.

Does CCI know how to make a bad coaster?

the first half up until after the first loop is pretty similar, then its a whole other ride.
Yes Freak Logic, that is correct.  Other than that two very distinct courses.
