Hey.  I have several pictures that I have gotten of the net.

Here are some great sites with pictures and info.  http://www.access2control.com/  http://www.geocities.com/Nashville/Opry/7990/index.htm

And also the terraserver site that has a satalite view of it http://terraserver.microsoft.com/image.asp?S=11&T=1&X=1319&Y=10016&Z=16&W=0.

I also have a list of some of the songs that were played.  Let me know if you want anything else.

Alex - Are you Alex from Alex's Place?  I have a web site (Theme Park Brochures) and next week my Map of the Week will be Opryland 1981.  I also have that brochure which will likely go up in a few weeks.  I may also have a few other Opryland brochures but I would have to check.  Once I scan this stuff in would you like me to e-mail it to you?

Could you email it to me also? I've been looking for anything Opryland as well, as it was my first exposure to rollercoaster and theme parks. Also you will be getting an older map of BGT. thanks

Go Full Force

thrillman - Sure, I can e-mail you when I scan the brochures/maps in.  I don't think I have any older maps of BGT, but I do have a 1984 brochure on my site now.  I have some other older BGT brochures which will go on my site eventually.

I would love scans of ANYTHING you (Zimm) have or that anyone else has. But what I would love is hard copies I will pay $$$$ for anything old of Opryland. Photos, Videos, Postcards, Bumper Stickers, Press Kits, Ect. This also goes the same for SFGadv and DP.
Oh and yes Zimm i am Alex from Alex's Place
Check ebay.  I have gotten about 20 opryland items of there including: a 1995 and 1984 park map, mugs, postcards, etc.  Most of the time prices stay reasonable. I think there was a press kit that went for about $100, but well worth it.

Let me know what you find, as I am interested in all of this as well.

Alex - I unfortunately don't want to sell any of my stuff right now.  I will be happy to e-mail you when I do scan the brochures/maps in.  Like Petree4284 said, Ebay is a great place to look.  I went there and put in "Opryland" and there were 34 items found.  Most of them were the Opryland itself (not the park) but there were a handful of Opryland amsement park items.
