Who operates their park in complete realism like me?
I mean like when it thunderstorms you close all the rides down. When it is going to be October you close the park down and decorate for halloween. I close the vekoma GIB down when its around 65 degrees and below. I run 1 train operation when its empty and close the rides when the popularity is under a certain point. I close water rides in the winter and under certain temperatures. Also do retracking on wooden coasters. I stack coaster parts on a piece of land and label them as "2003 New Coaster". I do all kind of things a real park does. I like realism in parks thats what makes it fun. I am just wondering if there is anyone else who does it or if im alone?

Um, no... that sounds extremely boring. I just try to build as many good coasters as I can in the time limit (barely worrying about theming, except for tunnels and a few trees and pond). Then as soon as I pass, I move on.
Or else I use a trainer, and build like 100 coasters in a scenario, with no paths or anything... not even opening the park...

I don't go as far as you do since it sounds time consuming (although I like that thing with the Vekoma GIB) but I do try to build a new ride or add a new section every couple of years or so. sometimes I'll let the park run overnight so it's been several years since a new ride or area has been introduced and some of the guests have left. then the new ride not only fills up its que line but also more guests come to the park to ride it.
I recently completed a park that I "run for real" like this . one of the coasters reached 100,000 riders and its not even at the front of the park. Its also a shuttle loop

All I do is partially build coasters, mainly wood. I use dirt in the area the coaster will be, some junk, barrels, and wood pieces around from the mining themes. Then I enclose the area with a chain link fence. After thats done I have a few mechanics patrol the area so they look like their building it.
The only time I mess with the rides is when I have the dreaded station brake failure. After that I only run one train for a while.

good one Millenium Force Maniac. Actually that would be me. I started building a park on the Arid Heights scenario called Six Flags. All coasters had one train operation. Paths had dead ends. There was no landscaping or theming. The coasters were named Batman, Superman, Roadrunner, and Viper. The only emplyees were one mechanic (who fixed rides but never inspected them.) and one handyman that never emptied garbage cans. I even built the entrance to coasters at the furthest end to the train so that it would take longer to load and dispatch. I also bult very few garbage cans and benches. Since it was the Arid Heights scenario and you had no money limits. I couldn't set the prices but I did rename shops. For example the shirt stall said "Gotham City Shirts $30" (And it wasn't anywhere near Gotham City)

Six Flags, the only chain of parks that can manage to have stacking with a one train operation.
Some scenarios that I really like I play again not trying to beat the game, but just doing real park stuff. I add a coaster every year or every 2 years, and fence off areas where I am building rides. I don't use theming to make it look like i'm building a coaster unless I am using a trainer to make a scenario. It gets boring after a while, but it is fun if you take tons of time on theming, then it goes faster. I also like to set out coaster parts, it looks cool, kind of. I wish RCT had an off season, it would make things a lot easier, and it would be more realistic. I don't know what they'd do with snow, though. I'm done babbling now.

I wanna build another one called Six Flags over Hell. I'm probably gonna use a trainer this time. Since I didn't get too far without it. I failed the objective really soon (obviously).

You mean you actually bother to open it?
I just built one to get the guests in, and then leave it sitting there; I even advertised it like SFGAm. It's great to watch the guests heading for "Delayja Vu" with a smile on their face, then getting there to find it closed.
To be even more realistic, you can set the despatch times to maximum, and design it so it valleys.
Ok my girlfriend has made me sign a contract saying that i won't play RCT anymore until RCT2 comes out. She says i play it too much, about 10 hours a week. To the guy who does the "realistic" park with off - season and everything including closing rides when it rains!, no offense but your social life must be lacking. That must take forever to do. Is all of your free time spent playing RCT I seriously hope not!
No offense
