Opening of New Mexico Rattler delayed

I've just read in a trade paper that the New Mexico Rattler at Cliff's Amusement Park will not open as originally scheduled. According to the park delays in the shipping of steel components has pushed back the opening of the coaster. No new date has been announced at this time.

Well I figured since it was scheduled to open 6/21

Yeah but...the real question is, why were these steel components delayed in their being shipped? Is there more to the story?

The second scheduled opening was for yesterday. As for why the parts are late, from personal experience I can state it can be any number of reasons. It can be problems with the raw material supply, fabrication, or transportation.
Well, now RCDB says it won't open until 2003. That's too bad.

Whoa, that sounds like there's a cash flow problem somewhere in the process.

It has nothing to do with money problems, only money problem tht would qualify would be CCI's bankruptcy in which stop the ordering of the parts, so the park had to start ordering the rest of the rides parts themselves, along with that, the ecnomicdownfall stopped one of the suppliers from manufacturing the parts they needed so there is a delay but they will come sooner or later.

So basically, it's a problem of getting cash on some level.
