on ride photos

I Recently found a site with all types of on ride photos. I was wondering if the person who took these photos had any kind of consent. In some of the pictures it looks very dangerous. Is there a way he got consent or did he just take the pictures.

Also, there's a signature function in the profile. Put your sig there, don't type it out every time. It wastes space.
