Old Old Elitch Gardens Photos found

I just wanted to share with anybody interested some of these old old pics of Elitch Gardens and Lakeside Amusement Park that I found. Here is the web url to a index:

There are two pictures of each park. It looks like Lakeside used to have a Chutes ride. And look at the picture of the old ball room. And I suppose one of the people standing in front of the Elitch entrance is Mary Elitch. The way people dressed back that just gives me the creeps...

If you look at the Union Depot, Welcome arch, you can see the inspiration for the Mind Eraser entrance.

Thats pretty cool, I am still puzzeled as to wear the chutes ride was at Lakeside and when it got removed.
