I am in the inital stages of a project concerning Ohio's defunct parks.

When complete, a bundle of a book and DVD will be released to the public for sale.

I am looking to get some feedback and input from you to see what interest there is.

Include all the Ohio parks together and charge more for the bundle; or offer seperate parks for a lower price?

What kind of things would make this special for you? Interviews? Pictures? ..?

Thanks for your response..

Pictures are always a plus as far as I'm concerned.

Will you be adding water parks to your list?

I remember going to Chippewa Lake Park (Medina OH...SBNO) back in 1974...the year just before the Coaster (Big Dipper) closed due to mechanical issues, and for the most part, never really opened again right up until the park closed for good in '78...I actually went on the Coaster...and it was a rickety thing with lots of airtime..way cool! Other than the many websites that feature images of the park in its present derelict condition...are there any websites that have a number of images posted when the park was actually still in its heyday?

Try the Chippewa Lake Park Yahoo group for many images. You must join the group to access the files and links.

And the beginnings of a Chippewa site is here.

There are also several books available.
