Oh My Gosh Wow! (World of Color)

I kind of like the animal kingdom sugestion. They need something like this at animal kingdom, and the pond next to everest is a great suggestion.

I totally disagree. AK has a natural vibe to it, and this would be totally out of place. Besides, there's little point in having an animal park open after dark.

The idea of a nighttime show at Animal Kingdom has been talked about for years with only one called "Rivers of Lights" apparently ever coming close to happening.

Animal Kingdom has always been a daytime kind of park, although the park does look pretty spectacular at night (usually when it's open for evening Extra Magic Hours) in the pictures I've seen. Some kind of nighttime spectacle there would have to be more low-key to match the vibe of the park.

I agree with Jeff. It's just not in keeping with the tone, atmosphere and naturalistic feel of Animal Kingdom.

Plus, it's not in the best interests of the animals to have a blaring soundtrack of music, exploding fountains, lasers, and flame whips going about late into the evening.

I think having one of those shows themed to animals would be completely appropriate. Have it be themed to some sort of great festival complete with a (PC ambiguous) Native storyteller talking about the earth and the animals, and transitioning to a bunch of animal shots with the fountains as accents.

Every Disney park needs a night show, its usually the cap that finally transitions a new park from a half day experience to a full day one.
