Officials say Arnolds Park will open on-time

Retired bank executive Al Maser said the Maritime Museum will need a $500,000 operating loan in order to open the doors of Arnolds Park for business next spring. The museum governs the amusement park, as well as connected green space, the Maritime Museum and select rental properties in this tourism mecca of Dickinson County.

I for one do hope that they raise the money needed because I want to make a run to the park next year.
I think Kennywood Co. should pick up this park. It has all the charm of the other parks that they own -- and it is "stuck in that time warp thing" like Kennywood likes to promote.
