Officials reach sales agreement for Conneaut Lake land

An agreement has been reached to sell 3.3 acres of land at Conneaut Lake Park to Greg Sutterlin of Conneaut Lake for $1.7 million. The developer can walk away from the deal if the land is not rezoned to increase living unit density, or if the park does not open.

So let's say that the condo's do eventually get built. How long, after the first buyers move in, do you expect to here them start complaining about the noise coming from "that amusement park next door"?

Living in a condo, your neighbors within the building are likely to create more noise. ;)
Not in my condo. I can litterally Crank my subwoofer system and the only complaints I get is from people outside. Not nextdoor or downstairs.

Chuck, Who says move next to a highway and railroad track and see how much noise you have.

^Or live by a major hospital with a highly active heliport.
We get sirens 24 hrs a day. (surprising how easily you can get used to them if you let yourself.)
