OFFICIAL SFNE NEW RIDES!

well, my friend brought in his season pass mail thing to school today and all they got is 5 new kiddie rides in some section called woody something. I am guessing it might head into the forest by the picnic grove considering it has something in its name like woods. It also says there will be a season tube rental pass for $25 for the waterpark and it says there will be concerts there this year! Thats all the basic stuff. doesnt mention ANYTHING about cyclones change. hopefully next year we'll get something to look forward too. i wanted atleast a new flat ride or something. oh well

Cyclones Change? Please tell me Six Flags hasn't destroyed another great coaster

It was mentioned on a newsgoup that SFNE placed the new kiddie area near the Paul Bunyan area. The newsgroup also stated that the Sea Dragon has either been removed or moved.

yes flashback...they are reprofiling the cyclone...it will be a 'family' coaster at best....

One of the greatest back seat first drops in existance gone forever. :( At least I rode it last season.

not so hasty! cyclone with the reprofiling is anything but a family coaster its more intense now ITS AS SPEED DEMON!!!!!!!!

SFNE Guy:

The last post was back in March of 2001, which was before SFNE opened for the season... so I'm pretty much guessing that it was speculation on Cyclone, instead of the actual experience since what it's become this operating season.
