With all the new info floating around about a major expansion at kennywood park, I think it needs its own thread(so that it does not take away from the cp 07 project page).

If there are rumors about a new Gravity Group woodie at KW in 2008, there has to be some question raised especially if GG plans to complete the Waldameer Ravine Flyer II at that time. I just wouldn't believe that GG would dilute the impact of a new coaster in one park by putting an even bigger one into a nearby park.

S & S power sold those two Screamin' Swings to Kennywood Entertainment with the understanding that none of the bigger models would be sold to other northeast parks (such as HP, SFNE, etc.) for two years. This is common practice in the ride industry for new state-of-the art rides. GG is going to protect the promotional value of a new coaster for a given park by not building another one in a nearby park at the same time.

Why don't we start a thread when there's actually something to talk about. I can't stand forums that have 100-page threads about nothing.
