(off-topic) I won't be around for a while...

Sorry about this topic, but I thought I should make it known...

I won't be around here much (or the internet for that matter). My dad had a heart attack on Saturday morning and I have been with him all weekend, and probably will most of the week. He is stable so far, but if people could just maybe pray for him, all would help.

Thank you.

My stepfather just went through a single bypass surgery. His recovery has been a little difficult, but he's gonna make it. I really feel for you and I will pray for him.
I wish your father the very best. I hope that his situation improves.
My prayers will be with you and your family. Keep us updated!

That is so good to hear, Shaun. I have been through the same thing with my dad so I can understand exactly what you are going through.

I am glad to hear your dad is doing well! My prayers and thoughts are with him.

Great news about your father. I know exactly what you're going through. This winter, my Grandpap had a triple bypass at the age of 86. The doctors were amazed that one of the arteries from his double bypass in 1984. He had a full recover in a matter of a few weeks, but his progress was hampered by a sever car accident the day after Easter (his 2yr old Impala LS with the Sport appearance package was totaled). Now he is recovered from both the heart bypass and car accident.

Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. *** Edited 6/30/2004 6:07:47 AM UTC by The_Lost_Phantom***
