3. Flaming
In our efforts to maintain Coasterbuzz as a family-oriented site, the art of flaming is strictly prohibited in the forums. We define flaming as the intent of the topic is to spark a flame war, objectionable retaliation, and the like. Examples of these topics would include; My park is better than your park.., or Park X sucks... etc. Offending posts that spark this type of flaming will be removed, and the offender may be banned from making any further posts in our forum.
You better watch yourself man. Your flaming in the sence that you are saying "vekoma Sux" and you are starting a "Flame war". Just calm down, and remember we are all homies here. If you want to say the Vekoma "Sux", do one of two things-
1. Start a new topic and say your flaming there. Call it "vekoma Sux" or something like that. Then, just wait for about three minutes untill a mod finds it and nukes it.
2.Go to another board and flame. Here at Coasterbuzz, we have some of the best forums because of the moderating. Other sites really don't care. Not all, but some. This site has rules. Follow them for the appreciation of what Jeff has created and paid for here. Go to other sites that flame all of the time and join there crowd if you really feel that strongly that "vekoma Sux".
Now, about the Coasterbuzz statement, I have yet to find a better kept forum than the ones here on Coasterbuzz. I didn't say that Coasterbuzz is the best, but is definetely one of the top.
If you are such an enthusiast (which you should be if your on this site), why are you even dissing coasters? Shouldn't you be saying what's good and leaving what YOU believe is bad alone? If you are a TRUE enthusiast, you would be saying, "Well, we'll just have to see how it turns out." instead of jumping right away into "It's gonna Suck." or such.
And by the way, how come you seem to know so much about SLC's and Boomerangs when you haven't even been on one? If you have, modify your track record so no one else will jump on you for having such strong opinions on things you haven't even ridden.
One more thing, onekong, Bernard was kidding about the "jealous that no one is going to your site" thing. He was just toying with you.
And to Bernard, that was a good joke, but don't joke around someone who's obviously having a bad day or hates Vekoma, just leave him alone. It will tone down the noise on forums a little. Just friendly heads-up.
