Now that SFGAM maybe listening???

Maybe its time for the season passholders to complain about the lack of any perks???? Maybe if we complain that there is no reserved parking or ert times or special ride privileges they will now listen to their guests and do something about it rather than take us for granted. Most parks offer special's to season pasholders but sfgam doesnt do anytyhing!!! Why can a excellant park like PKI offer special ride's on tuesdays or special parking among other perks yet sfgam offer nothing!! Maybe if enough of us complained like theWhizzer fans did the park would do something for their pasholders!!!

Oh great, SFGAm is listening, so now all we're gonna do is complain? I complement them for their great job keeping the Whizzer alive. Let's not push it, shall we, SF doesn't owe passholders anything...

Well the short answer is that SFGAm is doing a good enough job meeting its quota of season pass sales without offering extra "riders".

Now the *REAL* question becomes "Why are you buying a season pass?" If the answer is because you want to visit the park multiple times at a discounted "per trip" price, then currently you are getting exactly that so what's the beef. If you are only buying passes for ERT and upgrades and such, then perhaps you should ask them to make this sort of "VIP" pass (SFA had them this year). YOU can then pay the EXTRA money for these EXTRA benefit while the other saps who just want to get in can still pay the regular price.

Remember, all these "perks" other parks give are just to boost sales. It appears that SFGAm needs no such sales boosting (it's always damn crowded when I go...)

I wish sfgam had a gold memebr seasonpass plan like PKI does. It was nice to see that their seasonpassholders got speical parking places and on Tuesdays could ride the same ride two times in a row besides other perks. Do i get my money's worth, yes because i go often enough. But Six flags IMHO takes the pass holders for granted, escpecially compared to what most other parks offer their guests.
Bob - I'd assume that since SFGAm does such a booming business as the "Greater Chicagoland Area's Favorite Babysitting Service," you'll never see it. As 2Hostyl1 has pointed out, they don't need to offer any perks to sell passes.

I agree the park is very busy now, but wasnt that busy in May or the beginning of June and is usually slower the middle of august till park closing for frightfest. So why couldnt they offer something in the slower times of the year to the season passholders?? Does anybody know how the parks ranks in attendance compared to other seasonal parks????

They don't have to offer anything if they don't want to. If you buy the pass, then that's that. You can't purchase something and then complain that they don't offer things like other parks do. That's pure bullsh*t.

This is how dumbass lawsuits arise.

If you don't like what comes with it, then DON'T BUY IT.

I don't think they would ever do that. They are a big park competing to get more and bigger rides so that's what they spend a lot of there money on.

A. Six Flags Great America did not promise anything. So therefore, they don't have to provide anything.

B. Public greed. Tsk tsk tsk. Nowadays, everyone is trying to milk out as much freebies as they can from ANYTHING.
