Notice any land clearing @ your homepark?

It seems that PKD, PGA, and Hershey are clearing for 04. Have any to add to the list?

I pray that the next coaster @ CP will be an Arrow 4D

I haven't been to it yet this year, but Michigan's Adventure was clearing away a huge swath of land last year when I was there. Whether this will lead to any new rides there remains to be seen. I hope to see some clues when I go this year.
We'll see some clearing later on this season at that the FAB-4 parks in Missouri. If rumors hold out, 2004 will be an interesting year in the Heartland - not to mention if the new park finally opens in Omaha.

My home park , Lake Winnie , was clearing out land last year. They haven't done anything with it though.
my home park (thorpe park) has been clearing some of the trees, but since thorpe is so small, there is no real room for a huge developement unless they reclaimed land

Cedar Point: Across from Millennium Force on the other side of Perimeter Road, something was happening when I was there on opening day. I'd like to get out there soon so I can take some pictures. Has anyone else seen this?

^^That land has been like that for the last 4 years (that I have noticed anyways)... Don't expect them to do much with it.

SFWoA has a LOT of land cleared way behind the Rides side parking lot... and there are already light poles up. I will try and get pix if I go there anytime soon.

Hersheypark has become LITTERED with flags and marks around Pioneer Froniter. Something big is coming for '04. I haven't noticed land clearing though.

Swoosh it has begun, (actully its been going on). SFSTL has been ripping out trees and flating land. I do not belive this to be for a ride, rather I think its to move the grave yard more over to the east so they cna use the current grave yard for a "new development". Some new construction rentals showed up, and the parks back hoe and other dirt moving veichals have all but disappeared.

"Would you like a sports bottle with that? Its only an extra 2.35$ and your soul. For the extra cost you will receive the privilege to fill your cup with soda for only an additional $3.00. And if you act right now we'll throw in a straw (may be broken) an

As for SFWOA:

Yes, they have MASSIVE land clearing, mainly for the new Geauga Lake road that will now be emptied out into the new mall complex across from the the park.

They are getting ready to tear up the old road, so you will no longer have to cross the road from parking lot to entrance. The turnaround and drop off markings are on the pavement.

The above will clear A LOT of room up for the park.

There is now a paved path BEHIND Grizzly run that connects the RWB path, and Grizzly run path. Looks like it is going to be for the public, though it's not open yet.

There are TONS of trees marked for removal and some marked to stay between RWB and Happy Harbor...which is where the park has stated in the past it wants to build the new "world." They have also stated it would take an estimated two years to complete the world. No mention though of starting date. And now even harder to tell since they have the go ahead (friom the city) if they want to build the coaster.

Plus, there is also a very few spray paint markings over on the rock beach by the aquarium running alongside the shore...nothing to exciting unless you read in the city papers that this is where the station for the coaster is suppose to go. BUT those where there the last week the park was open last year, so who knows ;)
