Non-Coaster Ride "Database" Experiment

I don't know if I'm allowed to ask this or not, since the "conversation" and opinionated part is kind of cut out of it, but I was trying to figure out all of the non-coaster rides payed with park admission for every park(at least corporate) in the United States. If Jeff decides to delete this, I guess it would be for good reason, but I'm really interested and it's hard to find all of these rides, even on unofficial sites. Hopefully, the normal park goers will know a lot about their home parks and we can see something neat happen with it. This does have a little to do with a school spreadsheet project for a computer class to look at some statistics(the only numbers we're allowed to use are dates) and try to find the pattern, and I really want to expand my knowledge on parks overall and not just coasters, so i think this would be a lot better idea for me to get something out of.

So, here's what i would like, if you can find as much of this as possible: ride name, ride type, and ride opening year. If only the name comes around, that still helps a lot. Include anything, except waterslides, that are rides, minus coasters.

I'm not sure what I'll figure out through this, but hopefully some other people will be interested to see what other parks have put in over the years as well. Maybe I'll look for the average amount of years between additions, maybe see if there was a big place in time where lots of parks decided to buy them up. It would be really nice to look at all the data and see.

Thanks to everyone who wants to participate. Even if you only know a few rides from a particular park, that would be great as well!

So if I read that right, you want non-coasters, no waterslides, with years, names, and types if possible, correct?

7th Portal- 2001- motion sim theatre film
Atom Ant's Airways- 199?- kiddie spin ride
Carousel- 1972- carousel
Congo Falls- 19??- ???
Dodgem- 1972- bumper cars
Drop Zone- 1999- gyro drop ride
Eiffel Tower- 1972- observation tower and replica
Flying Eagles- 1972- ???
Hanna Barbara Carousel- 19??- kiddie carousel
Kings Island & Miami Valley Railroad- 1972- miniature railroad
Les Taxis - 19??- antique cars
Meteor Attack- 2002- motion sim theatre film
Monster- 1972- octopus ride
Pixie & Dixie Swingset- 19??- kiddie swings
Phantom Theatre- 199?- family dark ride
Scrambler- 1972- scrambler
Shake, Rattle, and Roll- 1972- troika
Tomb Raider: The Ride- 2002 - unknown
Viking Fury- 1972- swinging ship
Wild Thornberries River Adventure- 2001- log flume
White Water Canyon- 19??- river rapids ride
Yogi's Sky Tours- 199?- powered kiddie monorail
Zephyr- 1972- swings

If anyone has more technical names for some of these, fill me it! If you choose to add the ride manufacturer, that's fine with me.

Sounds like a gret idea.  Are you gonna make it a site like RCDB but with just rides.  That not only is a good school idea but also sounds like a very useful and an interesting site to use.
It is B&M ROCKS, and I hope someone with the knowledge of web design will take the idea and go with it. I know it would be a great place to visit.
Good Luck, I don't really know anything anyone else wouldn't know, and it's dinnertime, later I will have more.
ASk Jeff if he could give you some info on how  to set up the site.
I beleive that Congo Falls was put in sometime in the 80's,  I also beleive that Atom Ants Airways was added in 1997(look at the number on the back of the plane and it has the year on it in white letters).  Also I beleive that the Flying Eagles are Bisch-Rocco.

I wish I could B&M ROCKS. I don't think he finds me very.... I don't even know if there's a word for it. This kind of sums up the what I think and what happens at the end of every debate I've posted in:

"I think I may indeed have been full of crap, but I thought I had some point and at the time I thought it was a pretty damn good one. I just can't remember at all what it was." (snmx, and me)

So, good luck to me, wherever I may find it! :)
