No park fees & ride fees combined?

Has anyone else found that there isn't any way to create a scenario which allows you to have a park admission and ride admissions at the same time?

Hmm,

I don't have the game yet but I do recall in LL that they totally disables park admissions for the LL scenarios, forcing you to be profitable in a Pay-Per-Ride scenario.

Perhaps this development is going one further, you can either have Pay-One-Price or Pay-Per-Ride but not General Admission + Pay-Per-Ride.

I always thought it would be neat to be able to set your ride ticket prices, then be able to research and build a "Wristband Booth" which sold unlimted ride passes.

While on the topic of ride tickets, woulnd't it be more realistic if your peeps first had to go to a "Ride Ticket Booth" and buy a supply of tickets, and then your rides would be priced in terms of the customary "This ride requires X Tickets" system (Were X could or could not equal 10 :) )

Yes and no -- some places, you DO just pay the money to the op (CI Cyclone last time I rode it, comes to mind).

Admittedly the ticket system seems to be the more common one.

why have a ticket system if there is allready cash, it dosent make much sense. the only reason places use tix is because they do not trust their ops with hard cash! in RCT people start with 50-90$ i belive, there you go, just pretend they are 50 tickets, and when you charge 2$ for a ride, just pretend that is 2 tickets and your problem is solved!!

That's disappointing that there's no combined fee system. I was actually hoping that you could've sold different types of tickets, for unlimited rides, 3-hour passes, that sort of thing. Oh well. I'll still buy the game.

If you have it set for park admission, can you still charge for food, drink, souveniers, etc.?

I have a question:

When you start one of Sawyer's scenarios, can you choose whether the peeps pay enterance or per ride, or is it already set for you?

If Sawyer sets the scenerio the he sets all the parameters of the scenerio. If you create the scenerio then you do. Its pretty simple.
