i seen all of the new picks for loopy landscapes, but had yet to see any new flat rides.all the new additions are a great thing, but one thing rct is lacking is flat rides.
Everybody agrees on that point. I saw a screenshot with an Enterprise ride, though.

I'm certainly looking forward to LL, and the new theming elements look terrific, but I too wish there were more new non-coaster rides. Sawyer said in the interview with C-NET "Although the pack focuses on the new scenery and theming, there are...some new rides (mostly roller coasters of course!)..." I guess we'll know soon enough.
Well there is a ride like a ferris wheel that has inversoins

I don't know what Sawyer has against flat rides? If it were up to me, CF would have had at lease four or five new flats, and LL would have about the same. I will watch the internet, particularly Danamation, to see other peoples reactions. If Enterprise is the only new flat, with the rest of the expansion pack being more theming (which I am not much of a fan of theming at all), I probably will not purchase it and/or wait a while until it comes down in price or when I can buy it used somewhere.
It is called ROLLER COASTER tycoon for no reason!

Riddler's Revenge : UNDERRATED!
What I'm mad about is the lack of game stands! How many real parks have dounut stands? Now consider, how many parks don't have games? It's pointless to keep adding things like exotic sea food stalls when we could have fishponds and shooting galleries!

Hey what's with everybody dissing the game?? It's a great game, and why is everybody complaining. It's not called flat ride tycoon or anything like that.
I guess my biggest beef is that it becomes hard to create a "realistic" park with the lack of non-coaster rides. It just seems that there could have been a little more effort put into all the elements that make amusement parks so great! :-)

i wonder if they are ever going to put that traditional swings ride , or any waterpark features like a wave pool or a lazy river.
Another cool thing would be a skycoaster type ride.

You build it, I'll ride it
I think that the add on looks great, but I do have to agree that I would like to see Midway games. They would be a great source of income for your park. Adding more food choices doesn't really add income, because people only eat when they are hungry anyway, but games could be played over and over again by the little people. Maybe the people who run the game stalls could even swindle people into paying more to win a prize than they would to buy the same thing in the gift shop.
