NO LOOSE ARTICLES

Back in 1979 or 1980 at CP, my Mom, Dad, friend and I were sitting at the now gone Paddlewheel Cafe at one of the outside tables. The Corkscrew goes screaming by, followed by a pair of regular glasses screaming to the ground about 2 feet behind my mother, followed by my mother screaming at the top of her lungs! Believe it or not the guy came looking for them, and we gave them back to him. Completely missing one side and a spiderweb crack on the other.

However, I disagree with a cell phone really being considered a loose article. Safely secured in a cargo pocket, as I do, is perfectly fine and I have never had a problem. Maybe it slipped out of the person's pocket, an accident that occurs quite frequently and has probably happened to plenty of people here.

A "safely secured" anything is not a "loose" article. If you don't have a place to secure something, don't take it. I actually saw a girl talking on her cell phone on her way up the Gemini hill.
