No charges filed in Tigger indicent

No charges will be filed against 31-year-old Michael J. Fedelem, the employee playing Tigger, the State Attorney's Office announced today. Video allegedly showed the man punching a teenager in a photo opportunity.

The fact it took this long to settle it is pretty pathetic, not as pathetic as the kid though, my god what a little b*tch lol.

Cue the civil suit!

What lawyer would be stupid enough to take that on? If the kid was injured, why was he jumping around like a jackass after he was allegedly assaulted?

^ And no lawyer would take the case for a third of, what, a week's Disney vacation? ;)

No harm, no foul...if I were Disney, I'd threaten to sue the family...*mostly* kidding...
