Click on SUPPORTS at the top.
Click on Autosupports at the BOTTOM (not auto support generator)
Under Global BUILD MODE make sure the radio button is next to Generate Final.
Under Global select the structure type in BUILD TYPE.
Check or uncheck other options as you need.
Finally click on ok.
Edit: NOTE that if Build Mode is disabled clicking ok will do nothing. Nada.

I couldn't get it to work from the menu on my puter, so I just hit ctrl+R.
But I have another problem. On the coaster I am working on now, I did generate supports, and it generated supports right through my track, so that you died. The funny thing is that it made them correctly in soem places, and not in others.
wood's just as good

nightride, be sure the Colission detection option is checked in the wood magic Global settings.
I'm not sure why you guys can't access the option via the menu.
