Nitro crest unlike most B&Ms?

That's not possible... you can't cause the train to fall faster with stronger gravity. If anything, the top speed of the coaster (at the bottom of the first drop) would be just slightly less because of friction and such experienced on that extra length of track at the top.

Maybe, they just do this to have something different from their coasters from others. Maybe they will start doing something new on this coaster and on all of there coasters B&M are making for the future. Nobody can be 100% sure
The speculation sure is fun though, eh? The only thing we have been able to figure for sure is that it keeps the front from creeping over the first drop.

Yeah, I think it's somewhat of a patented thing B&M does, but I don't know why they wouldn't do it on Nitro. I suspect it has to do with space issues.
i dont get why the park is building a non-themed coaster in one of the most themed areas in the whole place! i also agree that the hump gives the train a little more air time
'this really dosnt have to do with the lift,' but does anybody know if the drop is straight, or does it curve? by the looks of the pictures on thrillride, the u-turn looks as if it is over towards the left of the lift. guess ill just have to wait till' tomorrow...
It's a completely straight first drop on Nitro.

thanks legend. this looks like it will be one hell of a coaster!
The little video was weird, it looked like the train sorta shot off from the lift hill....
