Christmas decorations have begun to appear at the Disneyland Resort. Also, It's a Small World has received its holiday makeover.
While work continues on Matterhorn, Jungle Cruise and Star Tours have gone down for their annual rehabs.
Over at DCA, construction continues to progress on Tower of Terror. Also, The Soap Opera Bistro has been closed; it will be changed into "Playhouse Disney," similar to the one at Walt Disney World.
Over at Knott's Berry Farm, construction walls have popped up in Camp Snoopy. The petting zoo is currently being removed in order to make room for a new attraction.

Does this Tower of Terror (or the Orlando one for that matter) have more than one shaft?

The California and Paris versions do not have separate loading shafts and thus do not have the 5th dimension floor movement the Florida version has.
Because of this they have added an extra shaft so the Cali and Paris versions will have 3 shafts. Be interesting to see just how different the final experience will be to the Florida ride and how it affects throughput.
