News Contributions

Before I waste my time writing up another news article....I was wondering why mine didn't get posted last time I wrote it.  It was about the V2 Deconstruction.  I had pictures and everything and a link to my website where you could read more about it.  I submitted it under stuff about specific parks because my link isn't in the sites section.  I submitted it but Jeff never put it up.  Can anyone tell me why my news wasn't posted?

First of all, these questions are best asked by e-mail.

Second, each item is evaluated on its timeliness, relevance and quality. If I recall, your photos were heavily backlit and didn't show anything terribly defined. When the thing goes back up, that will be news.

this happens all the time, ive submitted 2 different websites several times, in december, and they still haven't been added to the site!

 

btw jeff i have e-mailed you about this, but i have yet to get a reply

I have the same problems.  I email him, yet I get no response, and my site has yet to be added also.

I think Jeff answered you guys already. Not only must the subject matter have relevance, but it must also be of quality.

Decisions as to whether those traits exist with your submission are left to Jeff - this is his site after all.

For one reason or another, he probably felt whatever you submitted wasn't worthy of inclusion.
