did you know vekoma is going to bild the biggest slc in the world 81 meters high and goes by the name of odyssey
it will have a recordbreaking 61 meters loop

For us who don't know what the He** those measurments add up to in the US measuring system, could someone please tell me?
It's a round 260ft tall, with a nearly 200ft loop, will be around 4160ft long, and will cost um... a lot.
And what "reliable source" told you this? Is it a rumor or the truth?

Well, since my park has 3 vekoma rides, I shall just head to teh Vekoma booth in Atlanta and ask for myself.
I have seen this story on quite a few places, I believe it is true.
As for the roughness / headbanging, Vekoma should put the "vest" restraints on their SLC's, just like on Stealth. Modify them so that you would not need the additional leg bar, and headbanging would be a thing of the past. The Stealth vest restraints are very comfortable (for me at least). They are probably more expensive, and no ROI for any people involved, so it most likely will not happen.
