Great flash back... I didn't realize that Batman was that new. The low parts in the trench... are those different from the ride at Great America? I don't remember the ride ever going below grade.

Wow, dig that crazy Titan helix!

Jeff, I don't remember going below grade on any of the Batmans I've ridden. (The ones I haven't ridden are the 2 Texas clones)
Perhaps this is where it goes below grade at SFOT:?

Batman does go below grade at SFGAm. After the first corkscrew, it takes a really quick and exciting dive into a pit with rocks, then heads through the second corkscrew. I'm 90 percent sure, but I haven't been on a coaster in a while now.:)

Wow, is CoasterGallery using a GameBoy for a server now? It's so slooooooooow.

But no, that wasn't the part I was thinking about.

BTR at SFGAm goes slightly below grade, but it isnt anything worth noticing really (only a couple feet)... this one looks awesome with that pit and the close concrete walls, never knew this one had those *perks*
Man that ride looks awesome. I hope they bring one of these to SFWoA soon.

Does anyone know what the angles of the banked curves are? They look close to 90 and in some cases more.

Batman at SFOT goes below grade in all 3 trenches with the third out of the last flat spin the deepest. The last trench is about 8 ft deep due to the elevation changes at SFOT.
Titan looks no steeper than the 61° Goliath. Yet of course there is no official word whether the thing is really any more steeper than its predecessor - Goliath.
Its is steeper acording to every website look at a picture of titans hiill next to a picture of goliaths its really easy to tell ant the supportsc are shorter to
I am not talking about the steepness of the hills - I want to know how overbanked the curves are.

Does anyone know if there is an official opening date for Titan yet? Or even a hint of one. I'll be there the first week of May.
Rumor has it the week after Easter. April 21st.
Why would SFOT add a Super Invertigo when they already have a Vekoma Boomerang that got re-painted for the 2001 season.
I question that myself but thats what i heared i guess they will remove it or something
Batman was the first roller coaster Ive been on and every park that has it is very smart. Great ride!!!
I have a good friend that lives in the Arlington area and near Six Flags. He was ther a couple of days ago and noticed several employees that had a shirt on that said Superman ultimate escape on the front and said SFoT on the back. He got really excited and started looking for track. But never found anything. But when he was leaving he saw two trucks pull in with track that was totally different than titan or Grand canyon blaster. He grabded his camera and took some good pictures. I saw them personally. They are Red with green supports I am so anxious now
