New Six Flags Worlds of Adventure opening day photos posted

The SFWoA Digital Gallery has added new pictures of SFWoA's opening day that took place on May 5. Sadly, no X-Flight soaring through it's track pictures, but they should be up in a matter of time.

Sure hope X-Flight is open on the 19th. Coming all the way from CT to ride it. Also, going to hit CP on the 18th.

Do they have the monorail connecting the parks built?

No the monorail you see is a very slow boring ride that takes you in a big circle. You just see a small area of the park.

That's great!

How 'bout a map? Sure would be different with all of the new things.

Currently, the only way to travel between the parks is by riding on the pontoon boats on the lake or by walking on the new walkway, located by Raging Wolf Bobs. They are currently working on the boardwalk which will connect the parks, this time over the water.

They also plan to use ferry boats which can carry much more people across the lake.

I went on Sunday and they were still building the boardwalk, X-Flight, and what looks like the flat rides on the walkway connecting the two sides. I noticed the three flats rides not on the park map, though. Will they be finished for this season and if so will they put them on a new park map?

Any speculation as to what rides will be made for next year, i.e. new coaster, dark ride, monorail, etc.?

Great pictures on this site!
