New Ride Programing?

Would it be possible for someone to build their own ride program such as a Zipper or Flying Scooters and be able to run the new rides on RCT like the original rides? That way people could still expand RCT without Hasbro doing it. Or would that cause legal problems.

Do you know how to do that?
I'm sure it would cause legal problems, but if you do it yourself, they are not gonna find out, but I don't even know if it is possible, unless you really know your stuff as far as computers go.
People have added elements to RCT with out any problems.  They made the wooden loop, and hypercoaster train.  And as far as I know Hasbro never said anything.
I wish I knew how to do that kingbob. I figured I'd mention it so someone who might know how to do it could read this.
CedarPointMan2 the wooden loop and hyper coaster trains were part of the one expansion packs made by Hasbro.
I think it could be done since people made trainers. I even saw a trainer where you could put any coaster train on any coaster type such as a Wild Mouse car on a wood coaster.

Nope... a person added those, and he is the only person who knows how the game really works (I'm talking about Chris Sawyer.) I'm sure with a lot of hacking and decompiling (which violate the EULA) you could learn how to add things, but I'm sure it would be an extrememly complex, and not worth your time process. Need I mention that most people's artwork isn't that great anyways? Who wants to run an ugly demented zipper?

I really need something...
That something is...
Snake Venom, Metal Dog, and Mad Cow!

Plus for a new ride you would have to do alot of animation. And you also gotta work with the oddball physics engine that RCT is infamous for.
