New ride motion simulator at SFGAm?

This is obviously just for Freight Fest. Is this new this year? I dont remember it from previous years. Here is a small statement about the ride.

Superstition. (Formerly Dino Island II) Journey on a motion simulator through a virtual haunted theme park, all courtesy of Elvira, Mistress of the Dark.

By the way, the Six Flags site has been updated for info on Fright Fest.

Chitowns 6 year old daughter says "Daddy, Dippin Dots are nasty!!" I must say that I agree!!

No, it's not new. I think it's been there for a few years for Fright Fest. I went on it last year, it is pretty fun. You are in like a mine cart on some track in their video. You dodge monsters and stuff.
-----------------
Bull rides: 103
Batman rides: 61
Wasn't there something like "Escape From Alice Coopers Planet" or something with Alice? I remember hearing about it but I was too busy for coasters to ride simulations.

I've never been to fright fest and my trip there this year was cancelled so I'm extremely EXTREMELY depressed, the ride sounds awesome wish I could go to fright fest!
Don't ride that ride unless you want to patronize the Tylenol Company!  I don't mean to sound negative, but I rode it last year at fright fest, and needless to say, my head and my friend's head did not enjoy the ride.  But if you really want to, it's a pretty cool concept.

Welcome to Six Flags Great America, home of the fastlane and delay-ja vu! We have now officially been deemed the world-wide wait!
They had that film at SFKK for Fright Fest a few years back. I don't remember a lot about it, but if I remember correctly, SFKK had/has a better simulator than the one they use at SFGAm. It seats fewer people, and offers more range of movement. Am I correct on that ? I enjoyed the simulator @ SFKK, but the one @ SFGAm isn't that great.

Current favorite coasters:
Wooden: 1) Beast 2) Raven 3) Son of Beast 4) The Boss 5) Timber Wolf
Steel: 1) Raging Bull 2) Millennium Force 3) V2 4) Wild Thing 5) Mr. Freeze

ROFL! I remember going on that at Mall of America... it was pathetic. Rides can't get more cheesey. Elvira... what a funny girl!

Hey, SFGAm management, can I buy a couple cages of Sky Whirl?

You are definetly correct on that. The simulators at SFKK are the real deal. (One person per simulator) and you have to hold on as it flips you around with only a seat belt. That was great!

Actually, it two people per motion seat, just like the Paramount Action Theaters at the Paramount parks. I admit, I like them more than that big*****'community bar' that's on Space Shuttle America or whatever they call the ride @ SFGAm.
lata,

You remember when they played the space shuttle motion sim movie, and they called that big community lap bar a "G-Force restrainment bar" or something to that effect?  LOL! :)
