New PKI commercial online with IJ:ST on ride footage!

Not sure if anyone else noticed, or posted... but PKI is running their brand new commercials that feature Italian Job:Stunt Track.

This is not animated footage, rather actual on ride footage from the attraction.

There are two commercials featuring IJ.

To see them, go to www.pki.com the Homepage will load the video automatically. The first commerical it shows is for IJ and features footage. Then 3 other commercials (general park and Gold Pass) play and finally a second IJ:ST commercial shows.

Hmmm...looks great. Hope to get a good run on it at Media Day.

What caught my eye was the fact that some of the riders have their hands up. Usually you don't see much of that in print and video ads. I can't wait for more rides on this new machine.

I have! Last Fri I gat a little sneak peek, then logged about 10 oither rides on it throughout the evening.

I really enjoy it, and it actually surpassed my expectations!

Thats a pretty good commercial actually. Much better than most.

will the park still be doing the soft openings on Fri the 13th? I am going to be in town forthe weekend and I want to get to ride before june! I really hope so!

You might have a shot at it if the technical rehearsals run through the weekends like they have been the last two weeks.

There isn't anything holding it up from full time operation, other than Media Day.

Actually, it's ironic. Because I did have some additional fun on the town in Cincy AFTER I left PKI Fri night. Ha Ha!
